TERMS OF SERVICE FOR COMMISSIONS

Terms of Service* Prices and commission options are subject to change without prior notice.
* I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.*
I, Tonyt0mato, as the artist, have the rights to the following:
- cancel and refund a commission with reason
- post a watermarked version of the commission online
- use the commissioned piece as a part of my portfolio or promotion I will not:
- claim ownership of IP featured within the commission (if the property does not belong to me
- resell a commissioned piece for profit unless the client breaks terms.As the customer, you may:
- upload the commission to online galleries and socials as long as I, the artist, am credited

- retain rights to the IP depicted in the work, if the IP is under your ownership you may not:
- claim the commissioned artwork as your own
- profit off the commission in any shape such as resale, redistribution, prints, etc.)
- alter the artwork without the artists permission
- use commission for commercial use unless agreed on prior payment:Full payment must be done upfront in USD (united states dollars), with the method as specified in
the agreement.I will request payment from the customer after all details regarding the commission are finalized.
a customer is given up to one week for full payment
if full payment is not given then i have all rights to not begin a commission.
